Warranties apply exclusively to hardware products acquired from SimplyMacs, identifiable by
their registered serial numbers. SimplyMacs disclaims responsibility for any harm to or loss of
programs, data, or products not covered by this warranty. Additionally, recovery and
reinstallation of system and application software and user data are not included under this
warranty.

This warranty does not extend to: (A) normal wear and tear, as well as catastrophic physical
damage or catastrophic liquid damage, such as instances where products are fully or partially
submerged in liquid. It also does not cover theft, misplacement, or intentional and reckless
handling or use of the Covered Device.; (B) damage caused by unauthorized service providers;
or (C) if any Apple serial number is tampered with or removed.

The warranties and remedies stated herein are the sole and exclusive ones, replacing all other
oral or written warranties, remedies, and conditions, whether express or implied. SimplyMacs
explicitly disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose. In cases where it is not lawful to disclaim implied warranties, such warranties are
limited in duration to the extent of this warranty.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimplyMacs shall not be liable under any circumstances
for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from repair services, including
but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, business, opportunity, goodwill, reputation, or data.
SimplyMacs does not guarantee the risk-free repair or replacement of products without loss of
programs or data, nor does it assure the confidentiality of data. If a product is damaged or lost
while in SimplyMacs possession, liability is limited to the repair or replacement cost of the
affected product. Otherwise, SimplyMacs liability for any damages shall not exceed the
payments received for services rendered. The remedies outlined herein are the exclusive
remedies for any breach by SimplyMacs under these terms and conditions. SimplyMacs is not
responsible for the loss or corruption of data or any confidential, proprietary, or personal
information. Prior to sending a product for repair service, customers are advised to create a
backup copy of their data and remove any confidential or personal information and removable
media.
