We are unable to change shipping addresses once an order has been placed.
Returns
Returns are accepted if requested within thirty (30) days of delivery. Return shipping costs will be covered if located within the Contiguous United States. (International, Alaska and Hawaii are excluded). It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the returning device(s) is packaged properly to avoid damage in transit. The return device(s) must be removed from the customer’s Apple ID.
Refunds are processed within five (5) business days of return. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Refunds at the customer’s request can be processed as store credit, which is available for immediate use.
Returns are subject to a restocking fee up to the purchase price in the event the returned device(s) has been damaged, altered or returned with locks such as Activation, Find My Mac, EFI or MDM. Damaged device(s) while in transit as the result of poor packaging will be deemed the customer’s fault.
Standard Warranty
SimplyMacs includes a one (1) year warranty from the original purchase date.
This warranty covers mechanical defects related to hardware failure.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic defects or accidental damage.
Physical damage and liquid damage fall under accidental damage.
Damage to the internal components of the device by using an aftermarket charger will fall under accidental damage.
Batteries are covered under warranty. Batteries must be reporting a ‘service’ or ‘replace’ condition within MacOS, or under 80% of the batteries original capacity (rated in mAh) to be eligible for replacement.
Screens with more than five (5) faulty pixels are eligible for replacement.
Warranty claims are generally completed within five (5) business days of delivery.
This warranty does not cover the cost of shipping. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Extended Warranty with Accident Protection (referred to below as ‘Extended Warranty’)
SimplyMacs offers a two (2) or three (3) year Extended Warranty Coverage with Accident Protection.
This Extended Warranty must be purchased within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.
By purchasing this Extended Warranty the Standard One (1) Year Warranty that is included with your purchase will be upgraded to the terms under Extended Warranty.
This Extended Warranty starts from the original purchase date of the device, regardless of when the Extended Warranty policy was purchased.
This Extended Warranty runs concurrently with the Standard One (1) Year Warranty that is included with your purchase. An example: If the three (3) year Extended Warranty is purchased, your device will be covered under the Extended Warranty terms for a total of three (3) years from the original purchase date of your device.
This Extended Warranty is only valid through SimplyMacs. We are not affiliated with any other service providers.
There is a deductible for accidental damage claims. The deductible is 20% of the original purchase price of the device, per occurrence. There is a limit of two (2) accidental damage claims for every Extended Warranty policy purchased.
Accidental damage includes physical damage and liquid damage. Catastrophe damage is not accidental damage and will not be covered. Catastrophe damage is caused by willful, reckless, abusive or intentional conduct.

This Extended Warranty covers the cost of shipping to all customers located within the Contiguous United States. (International, Alaska and Hawaii are excluded). It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the device(s) is packaged properly to avoid damage in transit.

This Extended Warranty policy can be cancelled within thirty (30) days of purchase if no warranty claim has already been filed.
Exclusions
Missing or altered user data and other software issues are not covered under our warranties.
We do not reimburse third party fees, this includes but not limited to; shipping, repair, and diagnostic.
