Order cancellation requests must be made prior to shipment. Once a tracking number has been generated a $25 intercept fee will apply for cancellation requests. For security reasons, we are unable to change shipping addresses for any reason.
Returns may only be requested within (30) days of delivery. International shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within (5) business days of return. Store credit refunds are available for immediate use, while refunds to the original payment method are typically available within ten business days of processing.
SimplyMacs Extended Warranty with Accident Protection
We offer a two (2) year or (3) year Extended Warranty Coverage with Accident Protection on all MacBook orders. This can be purchased anytime within sixty (60) days of delivery.
The Extended Warranty Coverage will take effect from the original date of delivery regardless of when it is purchased.
The extended warranty is only valid through SimplyMacs or a vendor authorized by SimplyMacs. You must use SimplyMacs for all claims or an authorized vendor of SimplyMacs.
Protect your investment with Accident Protection. SimplyMacs Accident Protection covers damage to your device from drops, this includes broken hardware. SimplyMacs covers the labor costs to repair it. You can use this unlimited times up to the value of the machine.
Display Damage and Defect Coverage. Our Display Damage and Defect Coverage will cover manufacturer issues. This includes dead pixels and other display problems. This coverage also protects cracked screens resulting from accidents. SimplyMacs covers the labor costs to repair it. You can use this unlimited times up to the value of the machine.
Mechanical Repair Coverage. SimplyMacs Mechanical Repair Coverage will ensure your system remains Fully Functional. This includes any function on the machine. SimplyMacs covers the labor costs to repair it.
Expedited Claims. When purchasing the upgraded warranty, you will have much faster turnaround time.
Personal Lead Tech. Whenever you need anything you will always be working with your own SImplyMacs Lead Tech which will ensure we meet your needs.
In the rare event of a hardware failure, the customer receives a prepaid shipping label to return the product for warranty service within the first year. Shipping costs after the first year is the customers responsibility.

If warranty service is requested due to a hardware failure within one (1) year of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Standard Warranty on all MacBooks is valid 365 days from the delivery date. It covers mechanical defects. It does not cover cosmetic defects, screen defects or accidental damage. Batteries are only covered for 180 days. The standard warranty is only valid through SimplyMacs or a vendor authorized by SimplyMacs. You must use SimplyMacs for all claims or an authorized vendor of SimplyMacs.
We will replace or repair the covered product based on available inventory.
Service is normally completed within seven (7) business days of delivery.
Our standard warranty is not valid on international orders.

Returning a product for issues that are found to be false during RMA inspection will result in deductions to the refund up to and including the entire refund amount.
Products with physical damage or evidence of liquid contact, or products that are returned for warranty coverage under false pretenses, are not eligible for warranty service and will be returned un-repaired.
Missing or altered user data and other software issues are not covered under our warranties.
We do not reimburse for third party fees. Please contact us for any repairs.
Factory sealed products are subject to a 15% restocking fee once opened, if returned.
